MRs [make readies, setups] are necessary but can cut into productivity time if they aren't properly monitored and managed. Flex now has an alert feature for Andon that gives you one more tool to do just that.
How it works
Displayed when Job enters a MR state
Displays count down time during the MR phase
Displays Alert if the target has been exceeded for setup
The countdown will turn red and start a count of how much time you've gone over your planned MR time
