After 27 years at the helm, Jay Foster has retired. His impact is woven into everything we do, and we’re grateful for the foundation he built.

With Jay’s retirement, I’ve stepped into the role of CEO.   At my core, I’m an Ops Guy—not a software guy. I’ve spent my career on the floor, leading teams, solving production problems, and trying to hit numbers.  I successfully used Flex — at multiple locations — to make that happen. That’s why Flex isn’t just a software solution to me, it’s a tool and a capability built by operators, for operators. A tool that sparks the right conversations and drives measurable results.

We will remain committed to your success. We will continue to focus on “get it in run and keep it in run”.  We will double down on our belief that data should lead to action—not just charts.

You’ll be hearing more from me in the coming weeks, including opportunities to share your feedback and shape what comes next.

In the meantime, thank you for the trust you’ve placed in us. We’re just getting started. Let’s keep the conversation going—and keep things in Run.
